Virginity rates among students by major

Please don’t be too serious about this, it is more like an April 1st joke.. But I found some comments very amusing~

Source: Counterpoint magazine at Wellesley College

    Rates

    1. 0% of students with 'studio arts' major are virgins
    2. Virginity rates for Spanish major (43%) is much lower than virginity rates for English and French majors (50%)
    3. There is evidence that geeks get laid the least in college. Check out the rates for Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Here are some amusing comments I found:

Funny, that chart would also work if the description was "Percent of students that are employed currently."

Haha ... great information. I bet some 'studio art' majors from Wellesley are having weird conversation with their parents right now!

The Computer Science Majors can thank Adult Friend Finder for that one. (Adult Friend Finder is a popular Online Adult Dating website)

break it down like this: creativity and sexuality are highly correlated. so those who gravitate toward "softer" sciences (and it's all science) e.g. English, Art, Film, etc., also gravitate toward sexual people. Sex ensues. Celibacy, as we know from Seinfeld, keeps brain juices flowing, and enables faster thinking, and more "computer-like" thinking, in my experience; rational progress and leaps of reasoning within rules of a system (math comes to mind) are better made with a celibate mind. i like sex & art.
